Welcome to HisabSet ("we", "our", "us"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the HisabSet mobile application, desktop application, web application, or associated services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
If you do not agree to these Terms, please immediately cease using and uninstall HisabSet. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, proprietorship, or legal entity, you represent that you possess the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.
HisabSet provides business accounting, GST-compliant invoicing, inventory tracking, double-entry general ledger management, and data synchronization for enterprises, MSMEs, freelancers, and merchants.
The software operates on an offline-first foundation and provides optional cloud backup and device synchronization powered by secure cloud services (including Firebase and Supabase).

When authenticating via Google Sign-In or Mobile Phone OTP verification, you must provide accurate and verifiable details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your authentication credentials and preventing unauthorized access to your account or device.
You agree to notify us immediately at support@hisabset.net if you discover any security breach or unauthorized use of your HisabSet account.
You own 100% of your business data. All customer lists, vendor details, invoices, products, opening balances, and ledger journals created in HisabSet belong entirely to you.
We do not sell, rent, or monetize your transactional business data to advertisers or third parties. We only access or transfer your data strictly as required to fulfill backup, synchronization, and software operations requested by you.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, HisabSet grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the software on your authorized mobile and desktop devices.

The HisabSet Desktop client operates natively on Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems. When using hardware peripherals such as thermal receipt printers or barcode scanners, ensure compatible drivers are installed. We are not liable for peripheral hardware incompatibilities.
We continuously refine and improve HisabSet. We reserve the right to modify features, release updates, or discontinue certain legacy integrations with reasonable notice where practicable.
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, HisabSet, its developers, and contributors shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data corruption, or business interruption arising from the use or inability to use the software.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
